• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I know quite a lot of people and sometimes I feel like I really shouldn't feel as lonely as I do, but right now the only person that is willing to talk with me is my best friend. Before I broke up with my ex, we spent a lot of time talking together. Despite our distance, it made dealing with my feelings not as hard (I felt a lot better honestly, I miss him sometimes), but now that we don't talk as often, I started to feel even worse than before. I spend most of my days alone, unless I reach out to my bsf. I do have some friends from school, but they won't talk with me, unless I text them first. If it weren't for final exams, I would reach out to my friends outside of school. Spending most of my time studying made me feel very isolated tbh

I've been lonely all my life ... there are moments of extreme loneliness that I've only recently learned to accept is depression (my mom had violent depressive episodes and I did not like the idea of associating with that) ... these days the best I can do is distract myself ... pixels on the screen are no substitute ... past a certain age it gets difficult to build real relationships from scratch, especially if you aren't a gregarious person

Please cherish your best friend. Remind them how much you love them (within the context of your relationship of course, don't make it weird).
