Cut throat

Hi everyone. I am new here. Can somebody tell me the best way to cut wrist and throat? This is the only method i can manage. Please Help.

This method would probably be pretty painful. It's long ways on the arms and sides of the windpipe on the neck where your pulse is.

Hanging would be less painful and gruesome if you do it right. Partial suspension blocks your carotid arteries in your neck which bring blood to your brain. You drift into sleep and die. It's way less painful than cutting if you do it the right way.


Now,you didn't give any other info on yourself. Are you absolutely sure you want to die? Is this something new you have started to feel? Is there anyone in life you can confide in? Have you talked with your family or friends about depression or seeked any form of help?


Please be absolutely sure suicide is your only viable option before attempting. Many people who try and fail do regret attempting. I just want you to think about it a bit longer if this is something you're rushing into. Don't get me wrong,I'm suicidal. I'm not against suicide. I also know that some people do end up finding meaning in life.

I have many reasons to die. Years passed but pain remains. I fought but this is a fight i am never going to win. There is no one to support me. Thanks for reply
