CTB with SN or atenolol or both

I've pretty much set the period for me to leave. After the hurts of being left alone, I figured it's my turn to leave. I'm trying to decide if 4g or 5g of atenolol would suffice or if SN regiment works better.

24 hour SN regiment with atenolol, meto and SN.

10pm - 1st dose of meto (start fasting)
8am - 2nd dose of meto
1pm - 3rd dose of meto
6pm - 4th dose of meto
9pm - 5th dose (double dose) meto
930pm - 500mg of atenolol (should I add tramadol or pregabalin later with SN?)
10pm - SN.

or would just using plain 4g or 5g of atenolol be enough? It should be fairly ok to down 50 pills...

It seems that 5 g of atenolol is not enough.

Would 10g be enough? Otherwise I guess I'll use SN..
