Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Have everything to go by SN. I will not be taking meto as I take quetiapine. Will have first glass ready with 20g SN & 40g of water then the second glass will have 15g sn & 30g water. I will be taking lunesta as a sedative to help relax myself.

I hope you find the peace and quiet you are searching for! I'm sorry for whatever circumstances brought you to this decision. If and when the time comes and you are not feeling up to it, it's okay! Remember, only you can make this choice<3

I find it difficult to choose the right words to use in this situation, then I came across your message and i think it says it very well.
No one will judge you if the time is right just now, but wishing the best whichever your choice.

I hope that you find what you are looking for. I'm sorry for all the suffering that has brought you to this point, this life is just so cruel and unfair.

So unfortunately change of plans. I have a cousin that showed up today and is spending thr night so I will have to wait until tomorrow night. Does anyone know how loud it would be? The vomiting wouldn't be a red flag to my cousin as mu family knows I have been dealing with alot of GI issues over thr last year or so. I'm just curious as too how loud I could possibly be while the SN is doing its thing.

That's okay! It's nice to still have you here no matter how short or long we do. As to your question, I'm honestly not sure at the noise level. I hope you found some answers and had a good night with your cousin!
What's with the disrespectful "well" ?! This isn't a Netflix series for you to be expectant about what's coming next. Nobody owes you any info. Jeez dude.

It's not necessary for you to be actively making noise to be found. If there are people around, they could for e.g. come to your room to ask something etc and find you motionless/discolored and call up an ambulance.

Yes i realized that. Family decided to spend the night again, & leaving in the morning so I will start my prep again after they leave. ig it wasnt necessarily a bad thing it allowed me to get a few other things in order too that i hadnt originally planned on worrying about
