CTB neck method question

Is neck cut painful for CTB? My only medication options are Xanax and Lithium. I can't hang myself or throw myself from somewhere high.

It's only painful at the time of the cut. At the end of the day your not going to remember it as you'll be gone. But be really careful because if you survive you'll end up in a Phyc ward for sure.
