Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Saw your prior post. What happened with your court date?
I'm facing just as much punishment as I thought (more, actually...much more) but I was allowed to go home to await trial, which is in about 10 weeks. It was longer than I expected to have. So basically the best case =) Thanks for asking! (and sorry for a minor threadjacking offense OP)
