Help Ctb by Gsw

I have a 9 mm and I know SIGSW to the head are totally survivable. I want this to be as fail proof as possible . I have 2 possibilities, which one sounds more rational ?
1. Eat my gun on the ledge of a high floor of a parking garage to ensure I fall backwards?
or 2. Shoot myself in the heart , then eat my gun ? Is it possible to pass out immediately after a gsw to the heart or would I have time to time ensure the job gets finished .

I would do option 1. You are sure to feel all the pain from a shot to the heart and my not be able to carry out the second shot to the head. One shot then falling sounds more foolproof
