Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Say I ctb via hanging at my parents house, would they have to move or anything? Or if they were going to use my room for something else after I move out, would they still, or does it depend on whether they want to or not?

I know of a young man who killed himself last year in this bedroom (in my town) and his parents are still living there-and it's by choice since they are definitely wealthy.

"California Civil Code Section (CCCS) 1710.2 basically states that a death on a property must be disclosed if it occurred within three years of an offer on the property. According to CCCS 1710.2, a seller doesn't have to disclose a death on a property if it occurred after the three-year time frame."

I reasearched it online. If you don't have to disclose I've heard nosey neighbors have told buyers and buyers have been known to sue or get out of contracts.

As others have said, depending on where you live, the law may require that they disclose the fact you CTB there. Regardless of the law though, I think it is quite likely that they will move to another home. I know I couldnt live in a home if I knew someone CTB there.

Interestingly, that law also explicitly states no cause of action shall arise if a seller fails to disclose, as long as no misrepresentation was made if the buyer makes a direct inquiry about any deaths occurring on the property. So, net effect, if a buyer doesn't ask, a seller need not tell.
I guess I wanted this bumped in case anyone else had an opinion. I don't want to hurt the sale of property and I thought about the garage. It seems like we are forced to traumatize people. I know I would have to be identified anyway and wanted it here so it would only be family and first responders.
