Help Ctb at home-N

So I think my time may be coming soon, possibly next week
I will be using N from A, and my initial plan was to book a hotel to decrease the possibility of being found prematurely however this is no longer possible for me due to financial reasons and also because my city have brought back more Covid restrictions so it looks like I'm going to have to ctb at home at my parents house
I've read some sources that to be sure you should make sure with N not to be found for 24 hours, but do you think if I took the N at night time once my parents have gone to bed that would be enough? That would usually be around 11pm-they would be getting up at around 7am but they would never usually come in to check on me or anything like that, they're used to me sleeping in late or just staying in my room
As far as I know N will kill you within an hour in most cases anyway-but I think this is just recommended to be 100% sure
I'm feeling bad that my parents will have to be the ones to find me though... I was thinking of leaving a note on my door to say to call the police but if one of my parents gets up during the night they could see it too soon
Anyone any suggestions??

Glad you found a peaceful way ♡ you can stick a nail on your door and tie it to the door knob so that when someone opens the door it opens only slightly and put the note on the string.
