Using stat, 20 g LW brand in 50 ml water. Paliperidone will be working as my antiemetic. Painkiller is 600 mg ibuprofen. Will set up 3 glasses in case I puke. Left some signs so my younger sister (hopefully) doesn't walk in on my body.
