• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

This date and time is when I am planning on CTB. I will be using SN and don't really have any of the prescription Meds that are on STAN's Guide but I have my own will and determination with me with a little help from some OTC meds. I just have a few loose ends that I need to sew and I will definitely be ready when the time comes. I will try to document my experience to let you guys know how it goes. I will probably ask some questions leading to the day of my CTB. Hope I can have some support from the community til then.

I'm sorry that your life has come to this point. No rush or pressure, if you can't do it on that date and time, it just wasn't your time to go yet

I have everything in my car I will list them tomorrow morning. I will be adding Melatonin and I will be taking Tylenol PM to help me relax and feel like I am just going to sleep, I will be taking those approximately 45 mins before SN dose.
I am hoping that the melatonin and tylenol pm makes is easier for me to relax and have less anxiety.

Ok, I think I might do this at 12 am PST. I am nervous half of me wants to end my suffering and the other half is saying not to do it yet. Everytime I wake up though I feel the same emotional pain and suffering. I cry at least once every hour. I think the half that wants to CTB is going to win.
Does anyone know how to edit a post?

Ok I know this sounds ridiculous by now but I am for sure going to CTB Sunday between 12am and 1am. I figured I am off tomorrow and I want my body found ASAP. I work on Sunday morning and I know people will be looking for me if I don't show up to work. And that will give me a 48 hour fast as well. Will make the SN more effective. Although I am really hungry right now. Been drinking just water all day. I feel like this is the worst part of this SN method. I have so much food and I can't eat it!

Seems you're determined.
It really sucks life has come to this. I'm really sorry you're suffering.

Hope you have a comfortable departing, friend.

I am for sure going to do it. I have all my letters ready. I cannot say I am excited to do it because if it wasn't for the emotional pain and severe depression I have, then I would rather live my life.

Keep us informed!
Will do. I will be using SN with only OTC meds so I will be documenting it so that people know what to expect if they can't afford the prescription meds suggested. It's the least I can do for this community before I leave.

Why this exact date?
And what OTC meds are you going to use. Ibuprofen and Paracetamol?

I will also be using SN without prescription meds. I appreciate you documenting your departing. I hope you find peace and an end to suffering.

I am going to be using Tums for antacids, Pepto to help with nausea, Tylenol PM, And I might be taking some melatonin to help me relax. I hope it isn't overkill with the tylenol pm.
