Currently in the hospital, they triaged my mouth a bit, drew some blood, checked me in and injected me with antibiotics. Just waiting to get a scan. If there's an abscess or other blockage formed, I'll have to get surgery done on my jaw, but I am told it's unlikely, since my jaw mobility is currently fine.

Thank you. And, no. I said I don't need it.
They'll clean up the gum and tooth, keep me on antibiotic IV infusions for a few hours, and then send me home with the caveat that I go to the dentist as soon as I can, or else it might get infected again. Soooo... It's a good thing I charged my phone before coming here.
I also received confirmation that it probably would have turned lethal if I wasn't proactive about it.
