Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Twitch had a long marathon of Julia Child videos. Her videos are super relaxing and ASMR to the ears. Something about the way she does things so smoothly and talks just shoots tingling feelings in me. Been awhile since I've heard of her name until now though.
I hope this doesn't derail the thread too much because it's not exactly cooking but here's how the Japanese make their cocktails.
(One does have an egg in it, Does that count?)
ASMR doesn't get much better imo (no offence Bob Ross.)
No commentary, no music, no flashy camera movements.
Only the delightful sounds of bottles and cocktail shakers.
I love how seriously they take their craft and how concentrated they are.
I would also love to taste but alas.
I can easily watch half an hour of this and just doze off.

Did you know a lot of olive oil is fraudulent? An entire book was devoted to the crimes of the olive oil industry, esp in Italy where they often use motor grade oil and dye it greenish to make it look real and then slap a label of the Tuscan countryside on a pretty bottle with a big price tag.
