Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I am afraid that convulsions will ruin this method for me. It seems that just sitting in a reclined chair is okay, but I am afraid of my head being slumped in the wrong direction from convulsions. Someone even went as far as to say to strap yourself in a car seat. Is that really necessary? I plan on doing it sitting in my bed, propped up with pillows, with my hands in a rope set up to prevent me from taking the bag off, but that's it. I sure hope I am not under-thinking things. Can someone please comment?

I'm planning on doing it while full suspension hanging. Can't fall sideways that way lol. I don't have any specific answers to your questions but photos of people who have CTB with exit bag that I've seen have all been lying down and no one had their hands secured. These were all older folks though so I don't know if that makes any difference.

I want to lie down but I'm afraid of that being the wrong thing to do. All the instructions I've read tell me to be reclined.

Yes, that's what the instructions say. Sorry can't be of more help. Sitting or reclined seems to be common and people find ways to secure their hands.

That's fine with me as long as it's not a requirement to strap yourself in your car. Otherwise I will need to rethink a way to secure my hands while in the car.
