Hello, I'm a bit confused about the slip knots. I've read many topics and I'm still confused which is preferred, as it looks that these two are used interchangeably under same name.
Which of these is better for partial and full? Is the first safe in terms of untying?

The blue one is a noose with a slip knot or hangmans knot (other name) with two coils. Knot, noose and rope make no difference concerning partial or full. The red one seems to be no noose, it is a not contricting eyelet. You can use it to built a noose by arranging the other end of the rope through the eyelet.
