Confused Am I.

So many conflicting methods on flow rates now has me well and truly confused.

I have a Nitrogen Cylinder but am using an Argon Regulator which shows LPM.

I thought the flow rate should be at 12.5 LPM.

Now people are saying that's to low and should be at 15 LPM and upwards.

Am I right or others.
