Here's mine:
Interoception (from Lisa Feldman): our shaping innate perspective that is also our whole world.
Physioneurosis (from Bessel van der Kolk): The body keeps the score. Traumas get saved in form of muscular reactions.
Estrangement: the act of going no-contact with a toxic family; having a estranged family;
Children of narcs (from Lindsay Gibson): chronically neglected children. Children that never learned to take care of themselves; adhd; dyslexia; dyscalculia; bad relationship with food; with exercise; sleep; self-steem. Parents never taught them to put themselves in first place.
Internalizer x Externalizer: some people holds emotion till they explode (death); some people lash out on others.
Night sleep x Day sleep (from Marc Weiss): to the body, there's 2 different types of sleep, nonexchangeable and incommunicable.
Shame Web (from brene brown): a collective of people that chronically shames you.
Healing Fantasy: that fleeting feeling that someone will suddenly see things by your perspective and save you. (spoiler: it never happens)
