Empty social rituals, routines etc. I mean as long as they are genuine it's fine, wasn't that their original meaning?
But people tend to follow some etiquette based on forced, unnatural behaviors where the most basic mistake one can make is called sincerity.
Lying - now that thing complicates this world unnecessarily so much, but that seems unavoidable - isn't it one of human's basic instincts to lie? (Not that i'm some snowflake here and have never told a lie, i have. It hurt.)
And many other similar games people play that i don't feel like joining...

And of course lack of ability in most people to resolve conflicts peacefully with reason, but instead going for agression with no thought put into it. That is primitive human nature at its worst.

Can't stand when people bitch about minor things. There's real problems in the world and you're really gonna bitch and whine about that? I hate feeling this way but I find myself despising people like that when I encounter them.

Also people with ego issues that come into (or assume) any sort of role of authority and you see they relish being in charge and bossing others around. That really disgusts me, but I do feel sorry for them at the same time cause I find those people are really empty on the inside.
