Coffee x Energy drinks

I've been relying a lot on coffee but I like energy drinks too. Been wondering what people prefer since I see people drinking energy drinks quite frequently recently, but I think coffee is more popular still. If you prefer energy drinks which brand is your favourite?

I have a lot of energy drinks in the fridge but for some reason haven't been wanting to drink any for a while. So my vote would go to coffee (iced because hot coffee makes me sleepy).

For energy drinks, I prefer Monster to Red Bull. My favorite was the Fiesta from their Ultra line before they reformulated it and renamed it Fiesta Mango For Red Bull, I like Fuji Apple & Ginger the most, followed by Iced Vanilla Berry and maybe Strawberry Apricot (all sugar-free versions).

I used to drink a lot of coffee, but nowadays I only have a few cups. I never liked energy drinks; I'd prefer a guarana soda.

Energy drinks and I dont mix well. I lost my phone (old one) after drinking one and I still dont remember where it is. And it was sugar free if ut matters

I drink both, along with Matcha tea and honestly, I'd probably be drinking more energy drinks if half of them didn't give me headaches.

Coffee. However, my tolerance seems to have declined after recovering from Covid. I usually take mine iced and with cream and sugar now whereas I usually drank just black before.

I'm not a very healthy person so I actually drink both. Cappuccino before work and I also drink red bull.
