I don't use lean nor do I know how much is needed but here in Canada you can buy Tylenol 1 (they have codein) over the counter. Some pharmacies require you to show your ID. Taking three T1 are the equivalent of taking one T3

Very hard to OD on. You'd need a few thousand dollars worth if you're buying off the street. Fentanyl is way cheaper. If you got like 240-300$ worth so like 3 grams your done for.

it depends where you live, many doctors dont even prescribe it. its probably best you dont have access, shitting yourself is a withdrawal symptom

As far as I know promethazine is considered lean,. Not codeine. And both would be fairly hard to OD on I imagine. Just my .02. -

Lean is nothing more than a medicine a little weaker than morphine. It is used by trappers. It is for pain and muscle relaxant, I take it exactly for muscle pain that seems to be chronic. My doctor doesn't prescribe me.
Here it is much more difficult in my country, I am from Brazil.
I take it for pain.

I could be way off so I'm sorry if I am but.... I think they meant rappers maybe? A lot of rappers talk about using lean in their songs.
