• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I used to get them every single day.
Now, thanks to Naproxen, I don't have them anymore.

Ahh I've had a good winter. But they never seem to truly leave.. but no I'm sorry you have them as well good fuching luck
How many of you were not suicidal or even depressed pre clusters ? For me I was never the happiest person but would not consider myself depressed or suicidal. I was pursuing a career in joinery and carpentry, doing very well too. Had a flat a van loads of tools and money. Then three years ago or so the clusters hit and tore my life up.. holding down work has become impossible. I'm awaiting a pip (benefits) decision but have left it far too late. I have 0 pound to my name. Homeless. Scraping by on favours.. absolutely hate where my life has come to. And on top of that there's the pain.. anyhoo sorry for the rambling.. I'm on cluster headache support groups.. but no one can talk about cbt on them so it's interesting to find any sufferers on here..

I've read that LSD and also psilocybin both help cluster headaches. OP, sorry for your loss.
