• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Been on it for 3 years. It did help once you got through about a month. The only thing was they had to keep upping the dose. I'm now on 50mg and it's not great but I am on a load of other neurological medications so I may not be a great case study. Stick with it though, you may feel worse at the start

It doesn't start great, you can get even more depressed and my stomach cramped a bit for a month. I'd give 3 months, if it doesn't start working I'd see about changing, but for me I did notice a difference.

For me it doesn't make a even a tiny dent in my depression (neither did paroxetine) but it helps a bit with anxiety. The side-effects though are way less than paroxetine. So i just take it to help with an anxiety related issue i have.

I think it helped me a bit, it was definitely the best ssri that I tried.

I've been on it. It doesn't really help with depression in my experience per se, though it kinda helps with anxiety.
