I got a problem i have a lost of anxiety and panic attacks. I dont want to life anymore. But my anxiety for death maken it hard to suïcide.

Anxiety can be really hard to deal with, I have struggled a lot with it in the past. For me, I know I want to ctb but it's the fear of failing an attempt and ending up with worse consequences, and the survival instinct can get in the way. I would do anything for a peaceful way out.Similar threads
