im suffering from chronic low sodium levels due to a condition called Addison disease (my adrenals dont produce enough of the hormones of Aldosterone and Cortisol
and in short my body is wasting sodium which leads to symptoms like low blood pressure, forgetfulness, lethargy, collapsing, etc)
i take fludrocortison + salt tablets everyday + now in summertime 1/2 tsp of salt up to 4 times a day to have a somehow normal blood pressure
now im wondering if this could affect my chance to CTB?
at first i was happy after i found about SN method
because salt is my life and theres nothing that is too salty for me!!
i could trick my brain very easily
put SN instead of my normal salt in my first drink in the morning and head back to bed and never wake up again..
but now im worrying that maybe because of my condition and salt tolerance i need to take a much higher amount of SN to succeed
what are your thoughts about this?
i've also thought about just stopping all my medication and water fast and go out in the hot sun doing crazy workouts
i would faint very quickly but chances of a stroke or falling into a coma scares me
im a cursed soul and everything that was possible to fail, i failed in my life :(
but i cant see myself just dying like thisā¦
i think i even could pull SN as an accidental death!
told my mother about this super salt which i've was recommended by a youtuber with Addison disease
everyone knows about my clumsiness (im Autistic on top of everything) and my cognitive impairments due to my illness
nobody would be too shocked that i've confused a deadly salt with normal salt
why does this whole situation feels like fate?
