• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have seen this interview and that's exactly what my life is like. He's pretty describing what goes on when u have unprocessed trauma that just sits there. The only time I get a break is when I'm outside of myself. I'm surprised that he did not look for trauma therapy such as EMDR. With the amount of money he had I'm surprised he never looked into healing the trauma.

My friend sent me a link of a place that does trauma therapy and a session of EMDR is $190. Which adds up but being as well off as this guy is I'm surprised he didn't look into it. He seems like a smart guy. Maybe he did and it was not his cup of tea. For people with complex trauma histories, you will need to have many EMDR sessions compared with people who only suffered trauma in adulthood. There's just way more trauma heaped upon trauma which happened as u are still developing into adulthood.

I'm also surprised when cashed up celebs (anyone cashed up really) doesn't try a number of things that are being looked at these days...

Psychedelics
Lsd, shrooms, Ayahuasca, iboga, san pedro, ecstasy, ketamine, etc.

EMDR? Is that that tapping one that worked well for Neal Brennan? There's a guy who tried quite a few alternatives.

Edit: Maybe the tapping one is TMS(?)
