i create these sporadically, depending on when I'm free, for those wishing to have a more in depth discussion around death and dying and processing feelings around it.
Tonight's theme is "feelings around endings and change." This obviously extends to death itself! We will discuss our feelings and beliefs around what it means to let go, what we fear about that, what we are looking forward to around that, and more. This is just a loose topic guide, if the topic naturally changes that's totally fine too!!
In the past few times I've been hosting, these chats have been SUCH a comforting and illuminating space where we help each other process feelings, have realizations, and just feel less alone and isolated.
It will take place at 6PM PST. I will post the chatzy link within the hour prior to the start time (about 9 hours from now).
