I could really really use some support tonight. I feel like I'm falling apart, like I'm torn between this world and the next. My health issues are getting so serious and would likely Kill me in 10 years or so anyways but I still can't even pull this metaphorical trigger.

I know I won't be there to really miss them, but I just keep coming back to how fucking much I'll miss my loved ones

Of course anyone else needing support around this is welcome too I love you all
