Guys I need help building a proper SN protocol with the resources at my disposal. I have access to any otc meds I need ofc. Right now I have antacids (nauzene), ondansetron, xanax and of course SN. I dont have meto but I can try to get it if its really absolutely necessary. I would prefer to just make do with the ondansetron though as I am pretty good with nausea after taking extensive amounts of dxm over the past couple of years.
