Okay so.. I'm apologies for being super awkward. I mainly just wanted to ramble abt charcoal (my beloved)
Uhm sooo I've look around the site and have uhm come up with my super awesome plan~! To not live. So, I'm gonna see if i can go to shops as soon as they open and buy like 2 bags or charcoal but like the wood charcoal stuff bc people seam to prefer it? Then i've got like this small ass showering room downstairs away from everyone in the house, same location where i tried to kms via cutting (guess how that turns out lo-). Anyways uhm and it should be like perfect for carbon monoxide poisoning? Uh the other users of this site have been,,, kinda conservative w their charcoal usage, uhm i saw like 6 kg not being enough to kill someone. I'm just gonna buy like 30 dollars worth, i can't imagine needing to use all of it since the room is so small. But like if I end up w brain damage to the point where i stop being a whore that's enough of a win for me ^w^
Currently i have nothing to put the briqutes in so, I gotta look around for that t~t....

Okay so the room is roughly 1 x 2 x 2 meters in size,,, Wow i am gonna need like no charcoal where is that dudes post

Slay tbh. So that's a total of 4 meters squared which means, I'd need like okay wow yeah 30 dollars is way too much charcoal... + i don't think i'd have enough room + I'm lazy. I'm just gonna use a 2kg packet lol.
I think I'm gonna put all the charcoal into like a big cast iron pot, then uhm use duct tape to seal all the places where gas could escape.

And it's 0.135 kg/m³ with a decimal point before the "1", and it's kilograms, not grams.

Honestly, it sounds like you ought not be doing this. It doesn't sound like you have a good enough handle on things for this method.

Yeah, no kidding. But charcoal is weighed in kilograms, or lbs, not grams, or ounces. It was written in kg for a reason. And it isn't going to matter anyway because the OP is most likely just some kid who'll either 1) kill everyone in the house if they do what they say they're going to do, or 2) never do anything because they're just playing games, or 3) screw it up because they don't understand enough about it, so they'll only end up in a vegetative state instead of dead. They don't even realize that the 0.135kg/m³ amount only gets them to the minimum amount of charcoal to use.

Yeah it felt like breathing normally. Like being in a very smokey sauna, actually i feel like it was slightly more comfortable then being in a sauna. Well aside from the smoke in ur eyes.

My house has a total approximate volume of 1200m^3
The room i was in was approximately had a volume of 4m^3 and was taped. Meaning based on befrees calculations id need 0.5kg of burnt charcoal to kill myself.
I used aproxx 1.5 kg
Okay after doing the math yeah i could of killed everyone in the house. Under perfect conditions within < 2 hours.
1.5kg c * 2.3 ->3.4 kg co
3400g/28 (g/mol) -> 121 mol
Ideal gas law @1atm 24^c 121mol -> ~3m^3
Ppm = 3/1200*1^6 = 2500 (Lethal ~1h)

So under ideal circumstances i could of killed everyone in the house.

However counter point. I was basically behind a airlock. Blue is an open window and white is sealed doors.
Red is carbon monoxide generator.
But also anyone who would be unfortunate enough to find me could of died by being hit w 700000 ppm upon unsealing the door.
+ fire risk to everyone in the houe.

Would i of ended up in a vegitive state, absolutely not but everyone else in the house had a chance of it.
Between starting the fire and me ending up comatose it would of probably take 35 - 45 minutes

I've always wanted to try this method but I've never had a place where I'd be able to do it. It seems a lot more peaceful then sn but I actually own sn so ... I think I've made my choice.
