Is it normal for people to change their minds or get scared before CTB? if you have done this, how many times? What kept you here, was it fear of the unknown or fear of dying and the pain it might entail?

Hey. I have been trying to ctb this morning. I didn't have things meticulously planned but went with partial suspension. I have also contacted my dr because part of me still wants help. Now I realise I can't face getting a little bit better but ending up at this place yet again. I can't pass out, feel like shitI have tried a few partial hangings in the last month, but think they were a cry for help, im not sure im ready now but do think if things dont improve or get worse then its a valid option for me.Similar threads
