cbt in january?

I am kinda at the end of my rope and thinking if in the first days or maybe first week of january if i cant get an appointment with a specialists soon enough or with a doctor willing to prescribe something for the physical pain i am in I will start collecting stuff to ctb. order sn and I have a lot of stuff but not sure I have everything else. find a hotel and figure it all out. i hope i will change my mind but making this as solid a desision as i can right now is making it feel like i can not do something impulsive now that will probably have me spending the holidays in a psych ward because i dont think i can succeed with anything i have now and not gonna ruin christmas for my kids.

I was just prescribed celecoxib which never seems to help anymore than any otc med. i dont see anything searching for it here but can it be used to ctb? anyone know? searching other sources now.
