Interesting chart for sure. It also sort of makes sense...it's not really news when an elderly person dies of heart disease. Maybe the bigger stories, it's in fact the norm (after a certain age)

On the other hand sudden things are news: accidents, suicides, homicides. So the data kind of makes sense?
