Not really "easy" but "simple" causes
Electrocution by very high voltage (power line etc)
Bleed out from an artery
Electrolyte disturbance
Lack of oxygen
Carbon monoxide poisoning (stops oxygen in the blood from crossing into cells)
Respiratory arrest (opiates cause this in the brain)
Sepsis
Spinal cord or brainstem injury (hanging can cause this)

This is from chatgpt so don't know how accurate the information is but here are some methods

Extreme Hypothermia or Hyperthermia
Freezing or overheating disrupts heart rhythm.
Drowning or Asphyxiation
Oxygen deprivation can trigger cardiac arrest quickly.
Massive Electric Shock
Lightning strike, faulty high-voltage equipment.
Poisoning
Potassium chloride is a drug that causes death due to cardiac arrest within one minute by injection

this caught my attention
so if i stop drinking water or just any liquid will that cause an electrolyte disturbance? if so, how long should it take?
Actually it would be faster if you drank nothing but distilled water, it flushes all electrolytes out of your system very quickly
As for massive electrocution I forgot to mention a cheat code lol. In every public building there is a very prominent sign for an AED, if you use it on yourself it will stop your heart. Just don't be somewhere where someone can find you because all they have to do to bring you back is shock you again lol.

I don;t recommend to stop drinking voluntarily ... sounds very painful and quite impossible to do if someone notices

thanks for letting me know that, for AED a lot of them will sound an alarm if pulled, even if it doesnt have a sign for it i'm not willing to take the risk.. but i like the distilled water idea! i'm just wondering how is that gonna work? will i still be thirsty no matter how much i drink?

No, that's how people die from it accidentally, it's just like regular water but on a microscopic scale it completely lacks what your body needs from water in the first place. And why you're supposed to drink gatorade instead of water when you're dehydrated - when you're low on electrolytes more water will simply make you piss out the remaining ones faster.

how long would it take to give me the cardiac arrest? i've just asked chatgpt and it said drinking distilled water isnt that big of an issue id i eat well because the food will make up for all the minerals im missing from the water so now i'm worried i might have to stop eating aswell

Here's a few examples
Distilled water would speed up the hyponatremia because it would not be replacing the salt in even miniscule amounts

Like VSED, I've seen an overdose of fat-burning sports supplements with lipoic acid, but I'm not sure... I haven't heard of that here.
