Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

This is so relatable. Not long ago I slept every other day. Today the night is over.
I could tell you to speak to your doctor, but it's probably already done.
I don't sleep either. It's 11:15 pm and I won't sleep until around 5 am for only two hours. How I'm able to be alive on 2 hours of sleep every night/morning I don't know but it's common among people on this site to not sleep well.
I was up all night the night before last... and it's 2am now where i am and i wish i was tired.
I'm exhausted.
I've got to be up at 8am.
The drs had me on Trazadone... even as little as 25mg could help. (I was once on 150mg, total knock out dose... were they sedating an elephant?) Now i refuse, even if i'm up 48 hours or even longer-
I take seroquel 50mg (was on 300mg)
Oxazepam 15mg <—- this is probably the most helpful.
Topiramate 100mg
Gabapentin 600mg
Tramacet
^^at bedtime
Have you tried the old folk remedy? Warm milk? It actually can work. Just nuke yourself some milk- not too much- and drink it. It might help. :)
I'd have some myself if i weren't out of milk! Lol.
They gave me strong myoclonus with mirtazapine. I would like to upload the trazodone, it seems that it works or makes a perfect combo between diazapam and zolpidem

One of my reasons for CTB. I woke up one night 5-6 years ago. I could only sleep for 4 hours. I didn't care much, I was sure it was nothing serious. Since that day, I have only been able to sleep well for 1 day. I never get sleepy. I used many drugs. I am currently using mirtazapine. 7.5 mg does a good job. Still, I woke up tonight and had to take an additional dose. I can't remember how was it falling asleep. This is one of the worst things that can happen to someone. All the symptoms of insomnia are there, but you never get sleepy. If no medicine works, it's like hell where you're constantly conscious. Poor Michael Jackson was like that, I guess.
