Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I don't wanna take psych meds to fall asleep because I hate relying on it. And magnesium is not much help, melatonin is banned in Australia on iherb nowadays.

I recently found from blood test I have low TSH which means 0.47 which is overactive thyroid.

Some of my other symptoms are heat intolerance, fast metabolism and high appetite but still weight loss, racing thoughts and increased thought generation. Anxiety, nervousness , slight tremors in the extremities. And increased sweating and faster beating heart.

My dad had a surgery for thyroid in his 30s so I guess there's family history. Although I don't know whether his was hyper or hypo thyroid. As he only told me once about it (he's absent father and has new family).

However I did hear that it's Mainly females that gets this thyroid issues, as they have more autoimmune disorders in general.
