I can't pm you either! Go to the home page and click TICKETS and select an option so as to contact the admins/mods and see if you can solve this problem!
Maybe the post count has to be higher now?

Even though I have more posts than you, I still can't pm you because maybe your amount of posts is not enough.

Click the three white lines on the upper left and a menu will show up. Go to TICKETS there and explain your issue to the admins. Here's a screenshot:
