Help Can't order SN help

[Life is pointless]

Tried ordering SN from some sites and when i entered my location they said this address can't be shipped even tho they ship worldwide ...
Does anybody have an idea how to order SN WITHOUT this error of location and if so , can give me vendor links who ship SN worldwide .
