Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

There's an earth shattering and important thing that happened in my life that I want to write about, but I can't seem to write it without crying.

For some reason, it's too painful for me to write about.

I've thought of writing about that and other painful stuff I feel, but I can't seem to type any words for some reason. I always start crying thinking about it.

What should I do?

Hello there, I'm sorry you are going through this.
I relate just not with crying, but shutting down, mutism, and flashbacks with certain subjects. My psychiatrist advised me to try and voice record myself speaking about it, since writing maybe triggers something more intimate or intimidating in my brain when bringing up the subject. Or, use voice to chat/type feature somewhere, tho I guess while crying that not work so perfectly. I imagine maybe with an audio of you explaining it, you could manage to get it written out on laptop through a converter, and then when you feel ready. But by bit, you can start going over the premade notes to make it exactly how you desire.
I hope you find a solution.

I am sorry for the pain that you are feeling. Perhaps writing it down is just too much for you right now.

Is there anyone that you trust that you can talk to about it?

If it was me in this situation, 1st ask myself why I want to write it down. For a record of it, for memory if something goes wrong with my life, what?

Then after that aspect, if I came to the conclusion that I wanted or needed to have a written record of the event or life changing event, I would first try and see if there is anything good or anything that brings a warm fuzzy to my emotion(s).

Then I would start and write down what it was and/or how I feel about it now and maybe in the past and also future. I would take it in spurts, as far as write till it started to overwhelm me then put everything down/away and have a 100% change of not only scenery but work at a different mental state.

Then come back to it and add, whenever I feel ready and the biggest point is to NOT push/rush myself and take all the time as needed.

My best friend EVER died in March 1982 and still to this day it is VERY hard, and I cry when I think of him dying in that accident, BUT I also work hard at adding memories of all the happy and fun times that we had also.

Take all the time as needed, do NOT push yourself and try and add if so, any and all beautiful parts to help with the really tough memories.

Lots of HUGE hugs, love and lots of warm well wishes to you always,

Walter
