What the title says. I've tried for months, and the most I've succeeded in is getting the "exploding head" feeling and making my ears ring. I'm using a fairy thin rope, tied with a slipknot, a few inches above my neck. I've tried just using my hands to find the sweet spot but have never succeeded. Is there anything I'm doing wrong and should know? Any tips on finding that sweet spot?
