i remember seeing a diagram once of how people die in overdoses or of depressants and it was like they die from choking on their own vomit. so i was wondering if you took SN and a sedative and fell asleep in a position , could you die by choking on your own vomit?

I see it risky because you would have to take the SN when you notice that you were about to fall asleep. By then the vomiting would be so violent that you would end up getting up as you would not have had time to fall unconscious, and if it were the case, you would probably get up. But hey, it's just my opinion. This effect would be easier to achieve with a heroin overdose.
