Can someone look over my SN plan?

Here's my stat SN plan. It's based on Stan's guide and pph:

• T - 1 hr: 600mg of Ibuprofen
• T - 45 min: 3 x 10 mg meto + 1 x 8 mg ondansetron
• T - 30 min: 800 mg Tagamat
• Expire Date: 20g of SN in 80 ml water

I'm increasing the water amount to 80 ml to dilute the SN a bit more- do you think that's a good idea? I also plan to drink the SN using a metal straw- any potential interactions/ issues with that?

There shouldn't be an issue with drinking Sn with a metal straw. Only sodium azide interferes with metal

If it were me I would look at the consistency at 50ml of water and see if it seems manageable- I personally would stick as close to the guidelines as possible, though it may not make a huge difference, not sure.

As for the salt part you could pinch your nose
You could use mouthwash or toothpaste to get rid of the aftertaste, don't swallow. I don't know anyone who's tried this but I don't see how it could interfere

The Peaceful Pill book states, that the sn should be mixed with 50-100 ml of water, so 80 ml should be fine.

I would suggest individuals know their own metabolism better than a book. If you know that your stomach feels empty after 4 hours, then I suggest you have a 4 hour fast. Try to avoid eating anything large and heavy. Avoid drinking anything two hours prior to drinking the SN. If you need to, then just plain water."

@supermario why are you using two anti-emetics? Meto should be enough.

I've changed my mind. I re read stan's guide and it says the reason you take as little water is possible is so you can identify if your vomit is Sn or stomach mucus. I'm taking 30ml of water instead
