Can partial be painless?

I practiced partial suspension for a bit and it did not feel painful only somewhat uncomfortable. Does that mean I didnt apply enough pressure or can this method be painless?

I've been practicing too and aside from a bit of discomfort I can feel the passing out happening. I just hope that one day when I'm practicing I go too far and it works and that's just that

Yea same. I'm hoping my SI will be reduced if I do it after casually practicing for a while.
I often heard that people find it painful, so maybe we just have good necks for hanging...

I came to the point of near complete losing conscious and i felt huge horrible pressure in my head, my eyes obrites and nose. Lips was numb and i lost vision and hearing. That pressure was extremly bad feel. One of the worst feels i ever felt. I won't try this again.

Thats scary, I never got this far. But its only for a short while and my other options are too risky so I'll have to endure it

I live in Germany as well and I have stomach problems too. Sometimes it sucks to live in Germany, nobody is allowed to buy something what is allegedly harmful. Paternalism at its best
