Idk if they can pop out but you can indeed damage your eyes with the hanging method. Was looking at the old banned sasu subreddit the other day and came across someome who claimed they felt pressure behind their eyes after a partial attempt. And after a few months one of their eyes pointed slightly at another direction than before and sight was maybe slightly worse too they said. Hanging is a very effective but dangerous method that involves alot of risks.Similar threads
