Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm from Germany and some antiemetics are only available with a prescription. Of course I could visit my doctor and get one if necessary, but since Vomex is available over the counter I was wondering if I could just use that? Or do I need something else? I've read posts about beta blockers but I'm gonna be honest here, I don't know a lot about medicine and medication so please ELI5. Thank you

Yes, you can use that and also Diphenhydramin(chlorid). But you can also order Domperidone and Propranolol without a prescription in Germany.

Some over the counter anti-emitics have worked, it's way better than not using one.

Does it make a difference which of those I choose, like cost or effectiveness? Is there one you would maybe recommend?

I would use the prescription drug Domperidone, which is available without a prescription in Germany and in the UK. Second option Diphenhydramin(chlorid).
