I think you could possibly fall in the wrong direction as you lose consciousness or get dizzy as people sometimes do when they take SN. It also could be scary, getting dizzy, losing your balance, and toppling off the edge before you lose consciousness.

It's a possibility, however by falling you may accidentally alert people to rescue you and sustain non-lethal but aggravating injuries while doing so. As above poster said, you might also fall before you lose consciousness.

I believe SN on its own works as a method to ctb. So unless you had personal reasons for wanting to ctb by falling I suspect SN alone may be better and more peaceful.

I will take SN100% but i can't imagine ending up in ICU this time , i will end up hopeless and watched forever , I'm crying because of this I can't survive

I'm so sorry. If it's any comfort, one day this will all be over. It will be over for everyone - our suffering, even if we don't CTB by our own hands. There will be a happy end. I know it's really hard right now though.

I really can't stay there anymore, everyone see me suffer but they rather have me in pain than having to grieve or be in pain themselves, I've been saved many times I'm so done with humans. I can't cbt in public cause I'm afraid I'll be raped, I'm not a criminal i just want to kill my suffering why is that illegal. Thank you for your kind words it means a lot

It sounds impossible to me , you could also feel the water going to your lungs

This will be a little gruesome...

Depending on the height you fall, you will achieve a very high speed and the force of the impact will break your bones and obviously damage internal organs, including your stomach.

If your stomach is damaged, it might make SN unable to reach your bloodstream, so it will be ineffective.

I'm really sorry that you're considering such a thing...

I would recommend specializing in one technique instead of combining multiple. You only increase the number of points of failure and unknowns.

It would if my selfish family don't revive me again, if i was alone my CTB last month would be successful as doctor said i was "lucky" i had only an hour

I had a ton of xanax with Carvedilol , anti psychotic , ketokonazol ,and alcohol i blacked out within minutes found unresponsive and it was a great combo for heart failure if i had more time alone

I'm still being watched all the time , my mom keeps knocking my door checking if I'm not dead lol i can't shut up about wanting to die either which doesn't help at all but it's getting better i will ctb in a few months with SN i just need to make sure i will have at least 10 hours night time alone
