Hello. I am looking to hang myself. I am aware that there is an artery on the left (I think) side of my neck that circulates blood to the brain. I was wondering if placing the knot on the right of my head and then kneeling would do the job? I have heard that asphyxiation is rather painful due to crushing the windpipe and thus I would prefer to be unconscious.
