Can I go beyond recommended meto dose? (SN Method)

I have meto, ibuprofen, and SN ready but I'm afraid that I'll end up vomiting it up even if I take the recommended meto dosage (3 x 10mg). Is it safe for me to up the dosage to 5 x 10mg meto instead?

Or is it better for me to follow the 48 hour regimen instead? Though to be honest I don't want to do that.

Any advice on this?

I would follow this guide.I can't answer your question about higher dose. Maybe you can find info on the internet about what dose would be an overdose and what would happen.

No. Don't forget that meto is a prescription drug. It's not for nothing.

A few members and myself have experienced awful side effects of meto (depreciated breathing, nausea etc). But the worst symptom rely is the slowed breathing because it feels like you're suffocating. And it lasts 3hours.

You should test meto first to see how your body reacts to it. I experienced my symptoms after only two pills.

Thanks a lot for the info and advice, I'll test out the meto tomorrow to see if I have any adverse reactions to it.

Though interestingly I didn't need to provide a prescription to get them in my nearby pharmacy. Maybe the restrictions with meto here where I live are lax, I'm not completely sure.
