Can ecstasy and sleeping pills induce a heart attack?

I've done ecstasy and sleeping pills before and I felt like my heart was about to stop as it was beating so fast. I would want to ctb but I want to pass away peacefully. I have never had any peace living, might as well die peacefully. I've arranged for 2 ecstasy pills and and 3 strips of xanax. Will this method work or would I need a failsafe method?

wont work, on top you will most likely get a very unpleasant serotonine syndrome due to the molly. od on molly is one of the worst ways to go since its very painful and you need quite some of it... most likely you don't even know whats the dosage of your pills, wouldn't advice do it, except you want to wake up in the ER

I always had this concern as I've been addicted to benzos for years. And also had to take high dose propranolol throughout the day for anxiety.
I came off my psych meds for a couple of months and the ecstasy worked but I was dripping sweat and although I felt ecstatic I wondered if there was an interaction I remember palpitations it doesn't sound ideal when you think about it especially since all mdma is cut with everything from amphetamine to stupid doses of caffeine. I wish the selfish government ass licking snitching drug dealer scum would just leave it unbashed and sell for a higher price.

How is it painful?

I can just talk about a friend of me who did an overdose, he was frightened by the effects. I think it was a mental pain and terror of some sort, I wouldn't recommend amphetamines for ctb
