I would commit suicide while my parents are asleep but am worried my dogs could alert them to something wrong by barking. This might cause them to check on me. Are there any stories of this happening with animals?
My dog couldnt sense the difference between my dad giving him actual food, and my dad laughing like a manic and trolling the dog by feeding him banana peppers.
If you ever saw the video of the guy who CTB with a shotgun on Facebook Live.... you can see his little dog walk in after the loud bang, go "oh damn", then walk off to do a heckin' big "aw hell no". Even when the cops came in and burst through the door - the dog was chilling
Moral of the story - I think it depends on the animal. I've seen videos of burglars breaking into houses and the dog's like "hello stranger wanna play fetch?"
I don't know if they can but my dog really stares at me when I feel very suicidal. He gives me looks which imply something like "WTF are you gonna do bruh? " lol
Still, I know my dog is not a pro-lifer and will respect my decision haha.
