Can antacid neutralize excess salt in stomach from SN or will there still be belly/stomach pain?

idk i know there are ppl in mental hospitals and solitary confinement who would give an arm and a leg to ctb painlessly. In that sense, I'm one of the lucky ones.

I'm not sure what your point is here. But if you are one of the so called lucky ones, use that to your advantage, whatever you decide to do.

I've never read complaints about stomach pain with SN, only nausea.

Sn isn't painful but it is uncomfortable like your heart beating really fast, nausea and headache.
